FULL BODY STRENGTH

Full body Strength is an epic class that is the best way to finish off your week strong! 

This is a fun workout that targets the whole body including strength and conditioning exercises.

 

All of the strength classes follow a 4 week program block with progressive overload each week to ensure you're getting stronger and achieving the best results! 

BOXING

Boxing is definitely a favourite for many at BKF!

Our boxing classes focus on technique to get you boxing with accuracy and power in a safe way. 

 

We work through different combos, kickboxing and cardio! A great way to get your heart rate up and improve your fitness.

Upper body Strength is a class that focuses on building strength and sculpting the upper body.

We focus on technique to get you moving your best and to make sure that you are getting the most out of your workouts. This class is perfect for the beginner or more advanced.

Lower body strength is a class that focusses on strengthening and defining the muscles in the lower body.

All of the strength classes follow a 4 week program block with progressive overload each week to ensure you're getting stronger and achieving the best results! 

We focus on technique to get you moving your best and to make sure that you are getting the most out of your workouts. This class is perfect for the beginner or more advanced.
